to some frequently asked questions.

 

Can you fill prescriptions from my other doctors too?

Yes. Genoa Healthcare is a full-service pharmacy. We can fill any of your prescriptions from any doctor. We can even transfer your prescriptions from your current pharmacy so there isn't any extra work for you.

Can you help me with my insurance program?

Yes. We can help you with Medicare, Medicaid, HMO and insurance company billing

Can you send prescriptions to me?

Yes. If you are unable to pick up your refills, we can arrange to have your prescriptions sent to you. However, we prefer to have you pick up your medication so we can talk with you about how to take them and alert you of any possible side effects.

When are you open?

Monday- Thursday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm

Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
