CMHS is continuing the "Employee of the Month" program for 2009. The Recognition Committee meets monthly to review all nominations submitted. CMHS employees are encourgaed to nominate any employee you deem worthy of this recognition. It does not have to be someone in your department but rather any individual who you believe has exceeded expectations. Please nominate a staff member by downloading and completing the attached form. Forms should be sent to Stephani Harris or Jermine Alberty. (Individual nominated MUST have been a CMHS employee for one year).
Individuals must not have been a previous recipient of the "Employee Excellence Award within the past two years.
