A Message from the
Interim CEO

Joy Copeland

Dear Friends:

“Our Bill”, Bill Kyles;  was a Champion, an icon, an amazing leader, and an outspoken, outstanding advocate for those who suffer with mental illness and substance abuse, their families and the community.

CMHS, Inc. has been extremely fortunate, to say the very least, that Bill was Our (CMHS, Inc.) leader for over 30 years.

Bill not only impacted the local community and the State of Missouri, Bill significantly impacted the American nation, on behalf of one of the most vulnerable populations: the mentally ill.

He, in addition, impacted the international community when he recently visited London, as a consultant with the National Council, in advocacy toward the improvement of mental health services abroad.

We Pay Tribute to The Legacy

 of Our  former Leader

                William H. "Bill" Kyles
