Sunrise House is a 19-unit semi-independent housing complex constructed, owned and operated by the Community Housing Network. Supportive services in the facility are provided by Comprehensive Mental Health Services, Inc.

Sunrise House is a transitional residence of choice for seriously mentally ill adults. The program is designed for persons who do not require 24-hour supervision to ensure their safety and well being, but who still require the skills necessary to live independently and have a demonstrated need for additional guidance and support.

CMHS staff provide supportive services including case management, crisis management, medication monitoring, day programming and vocational assistance. Skill development, guidance and support of individuals is offered to those desiring eventual complete independent living or the least restrictive environment.

Residents are expected to remain medication compliant, maintain regular contact with the community support worker, keep their apartments clean and respect other residents.
