Description |
On-site supervision/management for a 12 bed residential
care facility (RCF 1) housing severe and persistent mentally ill adults. |
|
Responsibilities |
Complete oversight of program management. Hiring and
scheduling of staff, ensuring that DMH, DHSS, and HUD requirements are met and maintained for the program and program site. On-call for staffing and program issues. Processing
referrals into the program, financial mgmt of program, etc. |
|
Qualifications |
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Social
Work, Psychology, or a related field. Must have
2 years in community-based services with at least one year working with
severe and persistently mentally ill population. |
