CSTAR The Comprehensive Mental Health Services
Adolescent CSTAR program operates directly across the street west of the Main
Center. Any adolescent involved in substance
abuse or dependency is eligible for CSTAR services, which can be provided to
residents of Jackson, Clay, Ray, Platte, Cass, Lafayette, and Johnson
counties in Missouri. Services are also available to family members. CSTAR is funded by the Department of
Mental Health, Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse and Medicaid. Payment for
services is based on income with a sliding scale. |
